“Nityananda’s” reference on Big Screen

Just when everyone thought that the Nityananda issue has come to a close that someone or the other brings it up. This time, the fraud swami has entered the films as well. Apparently, there is a historic movie which is currently gearing up for release and this has Nityananda’s strong reference.

Apparently, we are talking about the film ‘Periyar Ramasamy Naicker’ and the Tamil veteran actor Satyaraj who played Periyar says a dialogue ‘ee swamy raatranthaa nityanandudayyi sukhamlo munugutunnadu..’ Now, this has been used by the dialogue writer in Telugu, Kathi Padmarao.
Some sources say that this part is included as part of the dialogue for this dubbing movie as the name is sensational and scandalous. In a way, the word Nityananda is used here in the meaning ‘ever happy’. The film is hitting the screens on August 13th.

Jagan Loyalty MLAs are in Q like Konda Surekha

konda surekha giving resignation to governor

Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is gradually building up pressure on the high command to take action against him, so that he could go ahead with his own programme of action.

Even as the high command took serious note of the strongly worded letter written by Parkal MLA Konda Surekha to Congress president Sonia Gandhi making serious allegations against chief minister K Rosaiah and also the party, many other MLAs from the Jagan camp are planning to write similar letters to Sonia, explaining the factual situation in the state Congress and injustice being meted out to Jagan’s camp. Simultaneously, they would release the letters to the media. The next letter is expected to come from Kakinada MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhara Reddy, followed by Rayachoti MLA G Srikanth Reddy, sources said. “We will also see how many MLAs the Congress high command would suspend. If it takes action against Surekha and spares others, it would only reflect the weakness of the high command,” an MLA supporting Jagan said.

Naidu’s clean-chit for OAC chief Kalmadi

Chandra babu with Suresh kalmadi

Indian Olympic Association and Commonwealth chief Suresh Kalmadi may be getting isolated within his party but the former air force pilot has many supporters outside the Congress.
Former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu is a staunch admirer of Kalmadi. Naidu cannot forget how Kalmadi had successfully organised the Afro- Asian Games in Hyderabad.
Many Commonwealth Games committee delegates had also availed Naidu’s hospitality in 2003.
"I, as Chairman of the Organising Committee, am prepared to face any scrutiny by (Comptroller and Auditor General) CAG or even a judicial probe for all financial transactions being reported by the media. All the people found guilty will be punished and brought to book," Kalmadi said in a statement

Chiru in “tough competition“with Jagan ?

"He wants to remove Jagan from the party” he acquires his place.

After a series of party members criticised the Chief Minister, actor Chiranjeevi seemed to target Jagan Mohan at a rally in Nellore. "Earning thousands of crores in few years is not possible even for Reliance but possible for political heirs," said the actor whose Praja Rajyam party completes two years later this month. Within hours, however, he retracted, stating, "I am not pointing to any one person."

Jaganmohan Reddy's father, Y S Rajasekhara Reddy was Chief Minister when he died in a helicopter crash in September last year.  The Congress chose to appoint then Finance Minister K Rosaiah as his successor. Earlier this year, he conducted a tour that the party requested him to skip.  The thousands of people who greeted him seemed to prove his point that he is a force to reckon within Andhra Padesh.

Lending his weight to that claim is popular Telugu star, Rajasekhar, whose rivalry with Chiranjeevi is the worst-kept secret in the Telugu film industry. "He (Chiranjeevi) wants Congress to remove Jagan from the party and he wants to take his place. That is what he is trying," said Rajasekhar.

MLA P.Shankar Rao harassing us : Jagan Loyalties

Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy

Secunderabad cantonment MLA P Shankar Rao, who is known for holding regular press conferences in the Congress Legislature Party office to castigate Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, is caught in a controversy. Several Congress cooperators from Kadapa moved the State Human Rights Commission on Monday, complaining that Shankar Rao was harassing them by filing an SC/ST atrocities case against them, just because they hailed from Kadapa and supported Jagan.
During his recent visit to Kadapa pedda dargah, these corporators had gone to him and tried to question him about his comments against Jagan. However, they said, Shankar Rao had misunderstood that they were attacking him. So, he filed a case in the local police station under the SC/ST atrocities (prevention) act. “We did not make any such attempt. He is harassing us unnecessarily,” they alleged in the complaint.

HRC chairman Justice Subhashan Reddy asked Kadapa district police authorities to submit a report on this at the earliest.

He unable to digest rising popularity of Jagan : Jeevitha

Jeevita  Rajshekar   Press meet

Popular Telugu film actor Dr. Rajasekhar and his wife Jeevita on Monday charged Praja Rajyam Party president K Chiranjeevi of targeting Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy as he was unable to digest the rising popularity of the upcoming leader. They couple alleged that the PRP chief had sold party tickets to candidates before the 2009 elections to raise funds. They also charged that Chiranjeevi had duped his fans by selling blood donated by them to the camps set up by the PRP.

Talking to media persons at the office of the Film Chambers, the actor-couple alleged that Chiranjeevi had adopted the dubious policy of divide-and-rule during his days in the film industry, too. Rajasekhar and his wife alleged that the PRP chief has no character, and that he lacked the moral right to criticise Jagan.

They also alleged that the actor-turned-politician had extended support to the Congress party with an eye on sharing power. Rajasekhar warned the PRP chief to mend his ways or risk seeing his party being relegated to a footnote in the state's political history.
